The Angel’s grave

Duff McGaffrey and Bill Bill O’Grady finally found the tomb that promised the be their most rewarding grave ever. A large gravestone in the form of a worn angel stood in the shadows of a weeping willow at the south end of the graveyard. It looked lavish but weathered. The writing was no longer legible which made the grave and the owner anonymous and very old.
“Old and judgin’ by the angel, rich,” Bill said. “Very like someone might have buried some possessions in there with the corpse.”
